The organisation is a registered NDIS provider and works closely with kinders, families and educators through school readiness funding and broader early childhood supports. You’ll be joining a stable and supportive team that is well positioned for ongoing growth, with services delivered across areas including Truganina and Notting Hill. The team is currently building its Truganina presence and is looking for Speech Pathologists who want to be part of a collaborative, flexible and purpose-led service. This role would suit a Speech Pathologist who enjoys paediatrics, values capacity building and wants more variety than a standard clinic-only role. About the Role You’ll support a varied paediatric caseload across clinic, kinder and community settings. A key part of the role includes school readiness work, where the “client” is often the kinder environment. This means you’ll support educators, build capacity within early learning settings and help children participate more confidently in their day-to-day routines. You’ll also work with NDIS clients and families, providing therapy, assessment, reports and practical support. This role offers a strong mix of direct therapy and broader capacity building, making it ideal for a clinician who wants variety and meaningful impact.
